Coaching Terms and Conditions

By enrolling and/or clicking “Agree,” you confirm that you have read and accept the terms below.

1. Payment Obligation
You agree to pay the full amount of the coaching package you have selected. Should your account fall into arrears, coaching sessions will be suspended until all fees are paid. A $35 administration fee applies to all NSF payments, denied credit card authorizations, and late payments.

2. Session Details
You will receive sixteen (16) 1-hour live coaching sessions and up to sixteen (16) optional email exchanges. Email exchanges must be used during the same week as the coaching session and may not be accumulated for later use.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
All coaching packages are non-refundable upon enrollment and constitute a binding agreement. Missed sessions not rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance (except for acts of God) cannot be rescheduled. All sessions must be completed within six (6) months of enrollment.

4. Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.

5. Payment Plans
Payments must be made according to the selected plan unless otherwise agreed in writing. This includes all full-pay, installment, and promotional programs. All sessions are paid in advance.

6. Online Coaching Sessions
All sessions will take place via Zoom in a live online format. You will receive a Zoom link to join each session.

7. Recommended Weekly Schedule
Maintaining a consistent weekly session is strongly recommended to maximize momentum and effectiveness, though flexibility is allowed as agreed.

8. No Further Commitment
You are not obligated to enroll in additional coaching beyond your chosen package.

9. Not Therapy
Coaching sessions are for personal and professional development purposes only. They do not constitute therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

10. Responsibility for Results
You are solely responsible for decisions and actions taken as a result of coaching. No results or income are guaranteed. You release Alexander Van Buren and Skill Builder Seminars, including all staff and agents, from any liability—personal, financial, or otherwise—arising from participation.

11. Handouts and Materials
All handouts and materials are the intellectual property of Alexander Van Buren. You agree not to post, share, reproduce, or distribute any portion of them online or in any public or private platform, shared drive, learning system, or distribution channel without prior written permission.

12. Recordings
No recording of sessions is permitted without written approval. Sessions will not be recorded by Alexander Van Buren.
