Part 1: Full Site Audit (about 45% of your time)

Review this real site: DallasSeminars.com

We’re not asking you to just look at links. Tell us everything you’d check and fix, in priority order, to help this site rank better — technical issues, content issues, internal linking, indexation, anything else you notice. For each issue: what it is, why it likely hurts rankings, and roughly how you’d prioritize fixing it relative to the others.

We deliberately aren’t giving you a checklist. We want to see what you notice on your own.

Part 2: Link Prospecting & Outreach (about 45% of your time)

For DallasSeminars.com, identify 5 realistic, relevant link prospects (real ones — actual sites, not hypothetical categories) and write a sample outreach pitch for 2 of them.

For each of the 5 prospects: name the site, why it’s relevant, and your rough estimate of its authority/quality.

For the 2 sample pitches: write what you’d actually send — subject line and message body.

Part 3: Judgment (about 10% of your time)

A site offers you a guest post placement for $75, claims “DA 40, real traffic.” Walk us through exactly what you’d check before saying yes or no.

Final Question

If Domain Rating was climbing steadily but organic leads still weren’t increasing, what would you check first, and why?

And realistically, what should we expect to see happen — and by when — once you start working on both link building and the other page issues you identified in Part 1?
