About This Role

As our AI‑Driven Content & Web Page Creator you will use AI tools to create high-quality, ‘optimized’ web pages. 

You’ll be using Chat GPT to create content on multiple city-oriented websites we own. (50 sites in the USA, 18 in SE Asia) 

You’ll follow our proven GPT prompts and structured workflow to generate pages that meet our standards for readability, local relevance, and search performance.

We are looking for someone who not only execute but also bring ideas to improve workflows using AI. If you have ways to optimize content creation, site operations, or automation, we want to hear them. 

• Work remotely from home in the Philippines
• Full-time: 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday

Position Overview

This role is for a Philippine-based content & web page creator who can create AI-generated web page content efficiently.

All 70 websites are already up and online but not launched ‘live’ yet. The core pages are either blank or have a standard template installed on them and they need to be updated for their particular city site. In addition, none of the Hub pages or individual seminar pages are built yet. 

IMPORTANT: These are not “clone’ sites. Every website has a different domain name, and the content, page URLs, and page copy are all sculpted carefully for each specific city website. 

WordPress & Divi Theme are already installed on most of them including Top Nav, Page Templates, Footer, Logo, etc.

Each website is ready for pages to be created, and the “Dallas” template page copy to be re-written for each city. 

You will receive complete (paid) training via Zoom.

You’ll produce website pages using our prompt framework, keyword spreadsheets, image files, and page templates. 

This is not traditional writing – it’s about using Chat GPT (or similar) to quickly create page content, build out menus, and follow a system to ensure quality pages on multiple topics.

 

What You’ll Do

• Run provided GPT prompts to create optimized website pages
• Use WordPress & Divi Theme to create pages, links, etc. 
• Hone each website’s templates pages so the copy matches the city website  
• Input city-specific keywords and page structures from spreadsheets
• Add some pages to the top nav of each site
• Creatively choose and add images to each page you create (from our library of images)
• Create Authority pages, Hug pages, and individual Seminar pages on multiple topics
• Format pages according to SEO guidance (H2s, internal links, meta descriptions)
• Check output for accuracy, readability, and local relevance
• Collaborate with our SEO specialist to align content with ranking goals
• Track output to meet monthly productivity targets

 

Key Responsibilities

• Work 8 hours/day, 5 days/week from home
• Produce high-quality web pages every week 
• Maintain internal links, meta tags, and headings according to SEO standards
• Review and revise AI-generated content as needed
• Follow structured prompts to ensure consistent output
• Contribute ideas to improve workflow efficiency
• Attend a weekly check in meeting online 

 

Requirements

We’re hiring a highly detail-oriented AI Content Specialist with real experience in WordPress and the Divi Theme. This role requires hands-on site management, linking pages, updating navigation, and creating AI-assisted content – only applicants who can confidently handle all of this should apply.

• You must be located in the Philippines
• You must have experience with AI content generation (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
• You must be comfortable with spreadsheets and structured workflows
• You must have basic WordPress familiarity
• You must have already used the WordPress Divi Theme and know how to use it
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent English communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and committed to long-term work

 

Compensation

• $700 USD per month, paid twice monthly
• Performance bonuses for high-quality work and productivity

Candidate Requirements & Trial Project

Since this role involves access to proprietary SEO workflows, prompts, and templates:

• Non-Compete: Candidates must agree not to work with direct competitors or create competing sites using our processes during employment and for a period afterward.
• Confidentiality / NDA: Proprietary prompts, templates, and workflows are strictly confidential and cannot be shared outside the company.

 

Tools / Access

We will provide:

• Images for pages 
• Spreadsheet templates (keywords, page structure, meta info)
• Basic training on workflow and prompt usage 
• WordPress / Divi – all websites are fully built and ready for content
• Ai Prompts – and step by steps for creating Hub Pages, Seminar Pages etc. 
• Weekly – check in meetings and email support

The candidate must have their own ChatGPT account (free version is fine). Having ChatGPT Plus is a bonus but not required.

 

Paid Test for Top Candidates

The best 5 candidates will be invited to complete a paid trial project ($40 USD) to demonstrate their skills.

Test Components:

Prompt Execution: Use the provided GPT prompt to generate a single Hub Page following the spreadsheet template for keywords, headings, and meta descriptions. 

Incomplete tests will NOT be paid. 

Basic SEO Guidelines: Ensure proper H2 headings, internal links, alt tags, and meta tags, with local relevance for the assigned city page. 

Formatting & Export: Deliver content ready page for WordPress/Divi, following formatting instructions 

Model Page: You’ll be provided with a Model Page so you can copy the formatting and layout as closely as possible

Accuracy: Proofread for grammar, readability, and factual correctness; highlight any AI limitations or improvements made.

This test evaluates your practical AI content skills, basic SEO awareness, and attention to detail before a long-term hire.
