• Sales Manager — manages the sales team, sales process and runs the weekly sales meeting.
• Training Operations Manager — oversees trainer roster, trainer assignment, scheduling, and training delivery.
• Customer Success Manager — manages client experience and retention after the sale.
• Website/SEO Manager — oversees the network of city websites, SEO, technical SEO, and website execution.
• HR/Recruiting Manager — hiring, onboarding, personnel administration, and team development.
• IT/Systems Manager — CRM, Pipedrive, automation, systems, AI, and technology.
