Hiring Conversion Copywriter Philippines

We are currently hiring for a remote Conversion Copywriter based in the Philippines.

We’re seeking someone with proven conversion results on live campaigns – whether that’s two years or ten. If you’ve moved the needle on landing pages or ad copy for real clients and understand what makes American buyers tick, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

About This Position

We’re seeking a Conversion Copywriter to drive revenue across multiple active city seminar sites and several other websites and niche markets we’re entering into and exploring. You’ll: 

• Collaborate with our AI content creator to optimize existing page headlines, subheads, and messaging for better performance.
• Write landing page copy for ads we’re running but that aren’t currently converting
• Help with all facets of copywriting – our offers, guarantee, call to action etc.
• Write some ad copy, and some email sequences
• Analyze conversion data and user behavior to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Test and refine copy variations to improve click-through and booking rates.
• All these plus make suggestions and recommendations on other sites and market niches we have websites in
• Report weekly progress and recommendations
• Familiarity with Ahrefs or similar keyword research tools—we’ll use these to identify high-intent search terms and inform your copy strategy.
• Attend a weekly online team meeting

This is a full-time position requiring forty hours per week commitment with full-time salary and bonus structure.

We’re seeking a dedicated team member, not contract or part-time work.

Required

• Proven track record of writing high-converting landing pages and ad copy for US-based businesses.
• Deep familiarity with US business psychology, sales psychology, and buyer decision-making—especially in B2B and service contexts.
• Experience optimizing headlines, subheads, and messaging to improve conversion rates on live properties.
• Strong understanding of direct response copywriting principles and conversion psychology.
• Ability to analyze data and test copy variations based on performance metrics.
• Experience writing for multiple industries or niches simultaneously.
• Fluent English with ability to write persuasive, clear copy that moves American audiences.
• Meet with us virtually on a weekly basis

Salary

The full-time salary starts at $800 USD per month, with generous bonuses based on performance and significant growth opportunities as you succeed in the role.

The First 2 Months
This role begins as a two-month paid position at 20 hours a month, for $400 USD per month.

Month one target
If you hit the conversion or lead generation benchmarks we’ve set together, you move to full-time immediately.

Month two target
If you didn’t hit month one targets, you have one final month to demonstrate results at part-time. If you hit month two targets, you transition to full-time.

If targets aren’t met by end of month two, the trial period concludes and we part ways.

This gives you two full months to hit specific targets we’ve set. You could go full after the first month, or the second month.

Paid Test Project

As part of our hiring process, selected candidates will complete a paid test project. 

You’ll receive a real copy assignment from our current properties —landing pages, ad copy, or seminar page optimization. 

This gives us both a chance to evaluate fit, quality, and working style before committing to a full-time role.
