What You’ll Do
- Deliver live-site business trainings to small and large groups of professionals
- Deliver LIVE online 90-minute business workshops via Zoom
- Lead and deliver half day and full day trainings on site (often in your home city)
- Custom design unique trainings specifically for client specified needs
- Represent the Skill Builder brand with clarity, warmth, and professionalism
- Ensure sessions are interactive, practical, and highly rated by participants

We accept a limited number of trainers per topic and market to maintain quality and consistency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience delivering live or virtual training to professionals
- Comfortable leading trainings on Zoom
- Polished speaking and facilitation skills
- Reliable tech setup (good camera, microphone, lighting, stable internet)
- Availability during U.S. business hours (flexible schedule okay)
- A quiet, distraction-free training environment
- ABSLUTELY no phone calls pleas

Compensation Structure
We operate on a structured revenue-share model designed to provide consistent corporate bookings.
Typical trainer earnings:
- Half-day sessions: approximately $3,000
- Full-day sessions: approximately $4,000
- LIVE Online 90-minute workshops: $200 – $300 per workshop
